Outdoor umbrellas and tents with high lightfastness
Our industrial production of fabrics for the production of outdoor tents and umbrellas requires some specific characteristics.
- Resistance to atmospheric agents: outdoor fabrics used for the production of outdoor curtains and umbrellas must withstand adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, wind, and exposure to UV rays from the sun.
- Waterproofness: fabrics must be waterproof to protect against rain and moisture, so that mold or rot do not form.
- Abrasion resistance: these fabrics must resist wear caused by wind, rain, and continuous use.
- UV resistance: fabrics must be able to withstand damage caused by UV rays from the sun to ensure greater durability and resistance.

- Cost: the production of fabrics for outdoor curtains and umbrellas must be carried out at an affordable cost to ensure large-scale production.
- Resistance to deformation: fabrics used for the production of outdoor tents and umbrellas must maintain their shape and structure even after repeated use and exposure to the elements.
To meet these requirements, we use a variety of techniques and materials, including synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylon, and polypropylene. The production of these fabrics requires specialized machinery and highly advanced weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes to ensure high quality and prolonged durability.
